I have been meatless for over a decade now, but any recipe I share on here is tried and true – not only for myself but also the omnivores in my life!
Most of the recipes I share on here will be fairly simple. If I can do it, I promise you can too.
What makes a munchie mindful? The amount of presence you maintain during preparation and enjoyment.
