Mindful Munchies

Here for some mindful, meatless, munchies? Check out a few of my favorite recipes below.

I do not consider myself a food blogger but I do enjoy cooking and most of all EATING!

I have been meatless for over a decade now, but any recipe I share on here is tried and true – not only for myself but also the omnivores in my life!

Most of the recipes I share on here will be fairly simple. If I can do it, I promise you can too.

What makes a munchie mindful? The amount of presence you maintain during preparation and enjoyment.

If you have seen a munchie I’ve shared on Instagram and would like to see the recipe, let me know and I will be happy to create a recipe card. If you have a meatless recipe you love, please share! I am always down to try new snacky snacks.
